- The living area has a lounge plus T.V., DVD and heating.
- The kitchen/dining has a full gas stove, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, kettle and toaster.
- The bathroom has a large shower and vanity with separate toilet, great for large numbers.
- An outdoor setting is located on the verandah.
