Terms and Conditions

Low, medium and high seasons?

Off Peak Season: June, May and August

Mid season: March, April school holidays

Peak Season: from 18th December, January, Easter, Labor Day Long Weekend and all Public Holidays

Due to the park being heavily booked in these peroid, dogs are not allowed.

STUDIOS, CHALETS, COTTAGE, VILLAS & PARK CABINS

• Easter break there is a minimum of 4 nights
• All public holidays have a minimum of 3 nights
• Park Cabins require linen, and to share main ablution block, Linen is available at $12.00 per bed for park cabins.
• Please be aware that cancellations less than 60 days - deposits will not be refunded

CARAVAN AND CAMPING

• Easter break there is a minimum of 4 nights

DEPOSITS

Please note: Christmas Deposits 25% of the total tariff must be paid on the booking day and 25% in the month of July, this is your responsibilty, and full payment on your arrival day.

Please be aware that money will not be refunded for early departures

Easter Deposits are 50% of the total tariff and must be paid with in 28 days of the booking.

PAYMENTS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposits are required on all bookings. Please check your holiday dates.

A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received and receipted. Once a booking is confirmed acontract exists with Emu Beach Holiday Park and you accept the terms and conditions of this booking.

Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Payments can be paid either by cheque, cash, direct deposit into our bank account, or by credit card. Please be aware that cheques will not be accepted on day of arrival. Please see below for bank details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the booking is cancelled by yourself within 60 days prior to the date of check-in, all monies held by Emu Beach Holiday Park will be non-refundable. If you cancel outside the 60 day non-refundable period an administration fee of $50.00 will apply. All monies received are non-transferable.

All cancellations must be in writing, email or fax. Please be aware that money will not be refunded for early departure. All cancellation refunds will be made by cheque.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Pets are not permitted during PEAK PERIODS or in any accommodation. Individual arrangements must be made with management and all pets (including cats) must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Due to space limitations and safety STRICTLY ONLY ONE VEHICLE per site. During Peak Periods
• Boats, Trailers and extra cars may need to be parked outside the boundary of the Park. Space for the extra vehicles is not guaranteed.
• We strongly suggest travel insurance, for your own piece of mind.

BOND

Chalets and Park cabins require a credit card which will be used as a security bond, for any damages caused during the guest's occupation will be charged the repair or replacement value. If the kitchen, including all dishes is not clean a surcharge of $50 may be applied to your credit card.
